By accessing or using OrionixLabs' services, including our AI automation, self-hosting solutions, and custom software development, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Services Description

OrionixLabs provides the following services:

• AI Automation solutions including RPA and enterprise AI agents
• Self-Hosting-as-a-Service (SHaaS) for private SaaS alternatives
• Custom AI software development including RAG pipelines and predictive maintenance
• LLM-as-a-Service (LLMaaS) with customized language models
• Enterprise consulting for AI, IoT integration, and digital transformation

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of OrionixLabs services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and service setup
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and access keys
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our proprietary systems
• Report any security vulnerabilities or technical issues promptly
• Ensure proper backup and data management for self-hosted solutions

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, software, and documentation remain with OrionixLabs. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services. For custom development projects:

• Custom code developed specifically for your project will be owned by you upon full payment
• OrionixLabs retains rights to reusable components and frameworks
• Your data remains your property at all times

5. Service Level and Support

We strive to provide reliable services with minimal downtime. Service level agreements (SLAs) are defined in individual contracts. Support is provided via email and scheduled consultations. Response times vary based on your service tier and the nature of the issue.

6. Limitation of Liability

OrionixLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim. For self-hosted solutions, you are responsible for your infrastructure and data security.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of terms, non-payment, or illegal use. Upon termination, you will receive assistance with data export and migration for a reasonable transition period.
